We stumbled across this beautiful cherrywood buffet deux corps in a shady corner of Aix En Provence. It dates from the late 18th century , directoire period , circa 1795. This charming cupboard has been lovingly lined many years ago with a pretty soleilado style fabric - a quintessentially Provençale, decorative and authentic touch. This gorgeous cupboard would be a fabulous feature piece for a modern rustic home.
