A large and extremely beautiful, late 19th century painted trumeau in the Louis 16 style. Delicately carved birds, basket and floral garlands. This mirror has a glorious aged patina with a layer of late 19th century ivory coloured paint gently flaking away to expose the earlier dove grey, original paint finish beneath.The sectioned mirrored glass is original.
