Haunt - Shipping your The Good stuff to you.

Domestic and international shipping quotes are gladly provided .

Delivery within NZ will usually be completed within 10 days but may take up to 3 weeks depending on the schedules of the carrying company.

Haunt makes every effort to ensure that stated delivery timeframes are accurate but does not accept any liability for delivery times adversely affected by unforseen events.

Haunt accepts no responsibility for damage to goods whilst in transit.  All liability rests with the customer when the item leaves the Haunt premises and insuring the item while in transit is strongly recommended. Most carriers and shipping firms have insurance options which will be offered to the customer at the time of purchase. Please note - carrier's insurance does not cover glass and marble.

Haunt is able to process payments from international and absentee purchasers subject to the following Terms of Trade.

By purchasing products from Haunt ( haunt.co.nz) the purchaser ( the customer) agrees to the following terms and conditions of sale.

All prices are in New Zealand dollars ( $ NZD ) and include GST (15 % sales tax).
All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason.

Refund Policy

I am always happy to send numerous and detailed photographs of any item for your perusal. Please ask questions !

No returns will be considered whereby the purchaser has simply changed their mind, fair and reasonable reasons must be given to request a return.

No unsolicited returns.

All purchases of antiques from Haunt are sold subject to the understanding that the goods are not new and are therefore in a condition appropriate to their age . In fact Haunt values and celebrates antique items in original condition, Any purchase from Haunt should be entered into with this understanding in mind. The photos on the website will reflect accurately the condition of each item. Please ask for more photographs if necessary.

Any goods that are new will be described as such.

No cash refunds (subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993)

Any request for refund is to be lodged in writing to lisa@haunt within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
Any request of this nature will be negotiated on an individual basis providing there is good reason to be requesting a refund.

Haunt is not liable for return freight costs and all return freight must be packaged safely and adequately insured. Items must be returned in resaleable condition.

You agree that the content you access , view or download remains the property of Haunt as defined by New Zealand and International Intellectual Property Laws, including but not limited to Copyright and Trademark laws. You agree not to modify or alter the content in any way, or make it available to any third parties.

Canceling Orders
Haunt reserves the right to cancel orders that we believe to be fraudulent or constitute a mis-use or a promotional or marketing activity or where an error has occurred including but not limited to errors relating to pricing.
