A petite and absolutely charming Louis 16 period mirror dating from the late 18th century circa 1780. The mirror depicts a hunting scene with a wild boar framed by a hunting horn and a wreath of laurel. This little mirror would most likely have hung in the hunting room of a formal french home - possibly in the vicinity of a table de gibier or game table. Original glass and condition.
